Information you give us

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics and the Facebook (Meta) Pixel for this purpose.

• Measure and analyze Site traffic and performance.

We do not sell your information for money, and we do not use your lead information for any purpose beyond following up with you about our services and the uses described above.

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

Service providers

We share information with vendors that help us operate, including our website host, payment processor (Stripe), email and messaging tools, analytics providers (Google), and advertising platforms (Meta). These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.

Advertising and analytics partners

As described in Section 4, we use Google Analytics and the Facebook Pixel, which involve sharing certain online activity data with Google and Meta for analytics and remarketing.

Legal and safety

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not otherwise sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use our Site so we can improve it. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

Facebook (Meta) Pixel allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show you Vello ads on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms after you visit our Site (remarketing).

You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage ad personalization through Google Ad Settings and Meta Ad Preferences. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance and Network Advertising Initiative.

Our Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Sale/Sharing disclosure

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of the Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics for remarketing may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" of personal information under California law because it involves disclosing online identifiers to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to opt out.

To opt out of sharing for targeted advertising, you can adjust your cookie and ad-personalization settings as described in Section 4, or contact us at privacy@joinvello.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information."

Categories of personal information we collect: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address), internet activity (browsing and interaction data), and commercial information (your inquiries about our services).

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@joinvello.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

We retain your personal information for as long as needed to follow up with you, provide our services, and comply with our legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to retain it, we will do so.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Our Site and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If you provide your phone number and consent to be contacted, we may send you text messages about our services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance. We will not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy on our Site with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
